NYC trip
Hey mytrainerbob. Well it is 10:20am in NYC and I’m sitting at the airport waiting to get back to LA. It has been a fast trip. I arrived Sunday night and spent Monday working, talking about the benefits of chewing Wrigley Extra Sugar free gum for a snack. I know it sounds crazy to a lot of you but it really does work!!
