So I was in Kansas City this past weekend working on The Dr. Oz Show and everyone I met was so great!! We did a big scavenger hunt that focused on the 3 key points of Dr. Oz’s action plan to look 10 years younger in 60 days. Both Kansas City MO & KS did an excellent job running through the city and ending up on a bridge with full grocery carts. (more…)
