ABBY!!!  I got so many comments about the episode this week and how moved they were by Abby and her story.  She is such a special person and when she got to the moment where she basically threw herself on the sword for her team, it just brought a tear to my eye.

Well it is Wednesday, the 5th of August…how in the world has that happened!!! Time just keeps flying by and work just keeps on going.  We are about to wrap up season 8 of The Biggest Loser and it has been a great season.  It is all about Second Chances this time and the contestants continue to be an inspiration to all of us.

Well we just started shooting Season 8 two days after Helen was crowned The Biggest Loser.  Didn't they all look so good that night.  It was so much fun and I can't believe it was 3 hours long!!!  The training that Jillian and I did in that little gym was fun but it was so sad that both girls didn't get chosen.  Erin is such a sweet girl.
