Let me start off by saying that my schedule has been nuts this past year and I have been so excited about having some time off so you can imagine when I found out that there was going to be a “bootcamp” set up this past weekend for the eliminated contestants from Season 7, I was way too tired to commit.

Hey everyone….. I hope you had a good day.  Well I just got back from Detroit MI working, which was great but I gotta tell you that the car industry is really hurting right now there and you can feel it in the air.  This economy has got to turn around and we really do have to trust the process and trust our leaders right now.

Hey guys….so check it out, I have been doing alot of traveling.  I flew to NYC on Sunday and got to hang out with some good friends of mine for a little bit and then on Monday morning I had to go to the rehearsal for the Regis and Kelly show.  They wanted me to wear workout clothes but I didn't really want to so I said no.

Well it is Wednesday morning, the morning after the premiere of Season 7 of The Biggest Loser and I gotta say… it was GREAT!!! All of those contestants are so great and in need of help. I was so moved by Nicole on the scale in tears.
