<p>I would be honored if you shared my story on Bob&#8217;s site! I attached a thank you picture I just sent to my friends and family who have been supporting and encouraging me these past months.<BR><BR><IMG SRC="http://a.imageshack.us/img441/2032/ty8786.jpg"><BR><BR>Even though I&#8217;m doing the work myself I have been blessed with a great support system. Unfortunately I don&#8217;t have full length pics to show because I wouldn&#8217;t let anyone take those pictures!! Between May and December I lost and regained and lost and regained about 20 pounds but December 10th I decided enough was enough and started taking Bob&#8217;s dvd&#8217;s from Biggest Loser seriously. I set a time every evening that the tv got turned off and the dvd got turned on. I think I realized that I am worth it &#8211; I do deserve to have everything I dream of and until I decided that it didn&#8217;t work. This summer I added walking every morning and it is amazing how much better I feel &#8211; I can&#8217;t believe I functioned the way I was and can&#8217;t wait to have the flexibility and stamina that I will when another 40 or 50 or 60 pounds come off.  I have learned to take joy in the small victories &#8211; from actually weighing what my drivers license said to weighing less!! Oh My Gosh!! To buying new clothes (size 18 jeans) and donating my old ones (size 26) to Goodwill! I am so excited about this new set of dvd&#8217;s and what I can accomplish with them &#8211; I&#8217;ll keep you updated if you&#8217;d like?? Thank You for responding to my original email &#8211; that says a lot about Watch It Now Entertainment and the reason you are in business &#8211; plus it is another incentive to get up and get moving. Like I heard Bob say &#8220;Finish What You Started!&#8217;&#8221; I am finishing what I started!<br />

<p>Hi bob, my name is Caio Perez, I`m 23 years old and I`m from Brazil. I`ve came to know you by the Biggest Loser on cable tv and since then I`ve been following your work. I would like to tell you a little bit about myself.</p>
<p>About two years ago, I was living a sedentary life and without any control of what I was eating. I used to wake up late every day and had no energy trough out the day to work, study or to the anything that I wanted. Now my week is divided in practicing Boxing, Kendo (a martial art), soccer, running, dancing and I`m starting yoga next week. All that combined with a new way to look over food. I no longer live for eating, but now I eat to live. I started reducing the amount and frequency of food and then I introduced new and healthier elements to my diet. For example, I ate my first tomato at age 21.</p>
<p>Along with my decision to change my life, your teachings and motivation on the TV show kept me going trough out this challenge. It was the combination of my hard work and your mantra (Belive in yourself, trust the process, change forever) that made me the man I am today. Every time I tough about quiting on the treadmill I remembered a clip from season 7 where you <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YsP7mb5R4c" target="_blank">lost your head with Joel</a> and said to her: WHAT IS IT? Until then, every time I get sloppy, I ask myself that. Works like a charm.</p>
<p>Just wanted you to know a little bit about how you helped me to save my life. I`m also sending before and after pictures.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay so was last night a tear jerker or what!!!  Jillian and I are never a part of the elimination room so when I see how badly they cry, it just breaks my heart.  I really loved how Liz spoke about her friends and said that she was not going to be able to help everyone make a decision on who to eliminate.  I just thought it was so beautiful and touching. <span id="more-633"></span> I was sad to see Julio go home but WOW, did he look amazing or what!!!  He really did learn something during his stay in the house and that is what it is really all about, getting a new outlook on life and tools to take with you when it is time to go home.  Julio is a success.  I also loved when they showed me talking about Daniel losing nothing when he got immunity.  Hello, this is not the first season.  We know what that is all about but with that said, Daniel did start struggling with his weight loss.  He was a rock star in that challenge.  The way he could just hold his body weight like that and beat Allen, the firefighter.  That was amazing.  I just love how Daniel turned into a man after being on the past season.  He gained so much self esteem and actual physical strength.  I loved seeing just how hard everyone was working in that episode and how much are you loving Jillian and I training together? It is a lot of fun and a lot of hard work.  </p>
<p>Now onto other things.  I&#8217;m really hoping that all of you reading this are really beginning to realize that what I&#8217;m ultimately trying to get you to do is change the behavior in your life to then actually increase the quality of your life.  People are always asking me for tips on weight loss and quick fixes and that is not what I&#8217;m about and that is not what I have ever wanted to focus on with any of the people that I have worked with.  It is all about changing things in your life that aren&#8217;t working and being the best “YOU” that you can possibly be.  Gone are the days of just focusing on one piece of the “pie” of your life.  I want you to look at all of it so you make real and lasting changes and here is a great place to start.  That is why I love our website here because it gives people a voice.  A chance to be heard and to also find other people that are trying to accomplish exactly what you are trying to do.  Use this social network to get you started, to get you motivated, and above all to inspire you to change your life.  You are not alone.  I&#8217;m here to help you every single step of the way.  I&#8217;m not going anywhere.  Mytrainerbob is here for you. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>First of all let me just say how much I love you guys and how we can use this outlet to reach out to each other and keep us all on track.  I know how hard it is to stay motivated and that is why I wanted to create mytrainerbob.  Reading all of your comments this morning regarding my blog yesterday has really touched me.  <span id="more-616"></span>You guys really are getting my passion and determination to help people.  It is my main focus in life and most of all, it is my PURPOSE.  I was put here on this earth to help and inspire people to take charge of their lives and when I hear from all of you, it only fuels me even more.  I was talking to a very close friend about reaching out to people right now that might of fallen off track regarding the Challenges and I&#8217;m here to say that it is OK!!  Who cares if you found yourself missing a few days or a week.  Start back today.  I&#8217;m here and not going anywhere.  I&#8217;m here for you so today is a brand new day and you can start the Challenge now.  Whenever you feel like you have gotten side tracked for whatever reason, know that you have the power to start again, TODAY.  It is all about being in the present and letting the past die every minute.  You have no control of what has already happen or when is yet to happen but you do have all the power right now and that is the most important so PLEASE look at yourself in a mirror today and tell yourself, “I&#8217;m Ready!  I&#8217;m worth starting over and I don&#8217;t care how many times I have fallen, I&#8217;m picking myself up TODAY!!”  I hope that you have a great and positive day today.  I hope that you get your challenge done today.  I hope that you make HEALTHY food choices today and MOST OF ALL, I hope that you find that inner resolve that we all have to make a difference for yourself today….I have all the faith in you!!!! </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I shot a Honda commercial last Friday and it was so cool.  At first I had to do all this running through the canyon and at one point they strapped a camera onto my body which was a little awkward but it is gonna look really cool.  Finally the rest of the day was devoted to driving the hybrid which was a really cool car.<span id="more-606"></span>  They had attached this major device onto the car with a camera on it to get these really cool shots of me driving the car and then finally it was an evening shot of me on top of Mulholland Drive with the view of downtown LA and me leaning up against the car.  It was a really fun day but I was exhausted.  Saturday was my spin class and Crunch in West Hollywood which I have been doing for years.  I absolutely love teaching that class.  Everyone works so hard.  We get CRAZY in that class.  If you are ever in Los Angeles on a weekend come and take the class.  It is at 10:30am and I will guaranty that you will get worked out!!!  The rest of the weekend was devoted to working out and then hanging out with my goddaughter Coco.  She is the coolest person I have ever met.  She cracks me up and really keeps me in check.  I will post some new pictures of her soon so you all can see her.  She is amazing, smart and hilarious.   </p>
<p>Now on to other matters.  I have started putting little simple tips on my facebook page which I will then transition onto mytrainerbob because what I have decided is that people need motivation and that is my job, to keep you motivated so what I want to start doing is just give you a little tip that you can think about as you go through your day and just keep your “head in the game”.  Some tips might work for you and others won&#8217;t but what is important for you to know is that I&#8217;m here for you and I&#8217;m thinking about what I can do to get you motivated and keep you motivated.  I want us to work together.  Today&#8217;s tip was try a group fitness class at your gym today if you have access to a gym.  I love group fitness because I think that “misery loves company” hahaha!!  Seriously, it keeps me going to be in a class where there are other people doing exactly what I&#8217;m doing at the time.  Like I mentioned earlier, I love teaching my spin class but I also love taking spin classes.  I like getting in there with really loud music, sweaty dark room and just zone out and be left in a pool of sweat.  It keeps me going.  So try something different this week and try taking that class that you thought you would NEVER do for whatever reason.  If anything you could get a really good laugh and laughter really is the best medicine. </p>
