			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Let me start off by saying that my schedule has been nuts this past year and I have been so excited about having some time off so you can imagine when I found out that there was going to be a “bootcamp” set up this past weekend for the eliminated contestants from Season 7, I was way too tired to commit.<span id="more-604"></span>  So I went out this past Saturday to check up on them and give them a workout….. well let me tell you, I had the best time with them!  They were all so happy to be there and it was such a positive experience.  We had a great workout and a GREAT time just reconnecting.  I was so excited about our experience that I set up a time to go out there again on Sunday AND today, which is Monday.  I was juggling 15 people at a time and doing my best to give them the best possible workout and then every day we finished off with a great meditation.  It was FANTASTIC!!  There are times when we are shooting the show that filming and many other things, especially THE GAME, interfere with the work that is the most important to me, working out.  So now all of a sudden I have a whole group of people that are there because they want to be and we have no other agenda other than health and wellness.  It has got me thinking about doing some sort of bootcamp that is open to the public that people can come for a long weekend of working out, motivational speaking, hiking, nutrition, yoga and meditation.  I would be very interested in your thoughts on this, so let me know.  Most all of the eliminated people are doing great and it was really fun to work with some people that I didn&#8217;t get a chance to work with during their stay on the ranch, namely Jerry &#038; Estella from the white team, Blaine from the black team and Daniel from the orange team.  I LOVED them!!  They were amazing.  I got to feel so reenergized from working with them and I am so grateful that I got this opportunity.  Let me know your thoughts on my idea of Bob&#8217;s Bootcamp.  Would you come??  I&#8217;m going to see Billy Joel and Elton John tonight.  I will tell you all about it…..</p>
