Okay so was last night a tear jerker or what!!!  Jillian and I are never a part of the elimination room so when I see how badly they cry, it just breaks my heart.  I really loved how Liz spoke about her friends and said that she was not going to be able to help everyone make a decision on who to eliminate.  I just thought it was so beautiful and touching.

Okay so our first episode aired last night for Season 8 of The Biggest Loser and I have to tell you that I was BLOWN AWAY!!!  I absolutely loved the emotion that was filling up two hours of prime time television.  First, when I saw Daniel coming back and his “hero’s welcome”.  I thought it was fantastic and he looked great.

Let me start off by saying that my schedule has been nuts this past year and I have been so excited about having some time off so you can imagine when I found out that there was going to be a “bootcamp” set up this past weekend for the eliminated contestants from Season 7, I was way too tired to commit.
