So I just watched Oprah today and she had a man on that weighed over 1,000lbs lost over 700lbs and GAINED IT ALL BACK!! My heart broke but to listen to him and his outlook on life made me feel better and what I really got from this is something that I tell people all the time and I’m going to tell you right now…..There is NO FINISH LINE HERE!!!!
