Today I want you to get 2 servings of whole grains like brown rice, whole wheat pasta, and whole grain bread. You’ll feel fuller LONGER!

I have to say I am not a fan of whole wheat pasta, it takes forever to cook, and never seemed to sofen up lol. But you were right it does make you feel fuller longer and I didn’t even have to have a snack after dinner. Thanks Bob.

Trying different brands of pasta really helped find one that the whole family thinks is delicious. Luigi Vitelli, Organic Pasta, whole wheat Capellini. It cooks in only four minutes and is yummy!
