Your Challenge for Friday is as follows…Read my new blog, burn 200 to 300 MORE calories than you burned yesterday, and ABSOLUTELY NO RED MEAT TODAY. Get your protein from lean white meat chicken or turkey (organic, PLEASE) instead. You ALL keep me motivated and it is our duty to PAY IT FORWARD!
