Regular fiber is a recent addition to my diet and I feel so much healthier. It works instantly and also provides natural energy so the body requires less caffeine…for me anyway.

Fiber I agree with. The one thing that scares me is the carbohydrate level. On South Beach Diet, I don’t lose weight. On Lindora, I do. The only difference is in the beans and my carbs in the morning only. Bob, what do you think about this?

I have a question about the grain thing. When I did south beach, I did not lose weight. When I stick to Lean for Life, I can lose. The main difference is beans. Adding rice of any kind to my diet scares me. Bob, what do you think about this?

I was not raised eating veggies and now I think I have created my own phobia over the years. I strongly believe that I need to include them in my meals but I am willing to try them. I have purchased veggies and tried to prepare them but they eventually go bad in the refig because I do not prepare them.I would like to know what veggie would be best to start with that with that will give me the power to break this phobia! I have changed my life style in the last couple of months by including physical fitness workouts but I am not losing much since I have not been able to get rid of this phobia! Please help!

Try doing a green smoothie every morning for breakfast and then follow it up with some healthy oatmeal.

A green smoothie is an incredible way to get fiber, nutrients, and leafy greens. I always do mine with two bananas, a cup or two of spinach or kale, some chia seeds, blueberries, and some almond milk or water. Blend like crazy…and enjoy!
