		<description>I hardly ever drink soda anymore (for about 4 years now)occasionally having some usually less than 1/2 a can and only on the occasional day maybe every few weeks, like yesterday.  I will vow to not have any for the next 30 days though.

I found a few years ago that it really helped me with weight loss when I gave it up after being a major diet coke and Tab drinker for most of my life.</description>
