Today is a YOGA Challenge. Hold each of the following 3 poses for 30 seconds and remember to BREATH and RELAX. Downward Dog, Warrior 2 and Triangle Pose. Google poses for directions. Do these poses 3X’s each. Yoga is great for flexibility, blood circulation, and keeps you young and vibrant.

This is a wonderful challenge, and happens to be one of my favorites! I do 60-90 minutes of Iyengar Yoga daily. Namaskar.
