I have been boxing for like 2 months, and it is such a tough sport !
Didn’t know if I could do it until I tried. The first time I did it with 3lb weights. Tomorrow I will try heavier. Thanks for encouraging me to kick it up a notch Bob. Looking forward to getting the Dvds to do the whole workout!
i sooo need someone to kick my fat butt!!! i think i would hurt my self doing this right now. i have about 130lbs i need to lose. i am in desparate need of help and guidance! i want to lose at least half of it like in 3 months. what do i do to start?
