squats, push ups, sit ups

Challenge today is to run/walk 5 miles. 200 squats, 50 push ups, & 100 sit ups. Going to the gym in NYC and that is MY workout today.
Last part of Challenge is to watch Biggest Loser tonight and drink plenty of filtered water today!!!

dear bob and friends i have a question i have a broken foot its been broken for a month now what if i pshyically cant do the challenge is the an alternive or i just have to wait
