Challenge today is 300 sit ups, 50 tricep dips. No sugary frozen coffee drinks. WASTED CALORIES!!

I found the challenges very exciting–but this one really did me in. I struggled & struggled–I just kept my mind thinking–Nothing but success is coming your way! So, today, May 31st I finally did my 100 sit-up. What an accomplishment–Now I feel like I can do ANYTHING…(Just 200 more to go)…Thanks, Bob…Keep setting the bar high & do not go easy on me….Penny….Happy Memorial Day!

hiya~~~Bob…
its me muiz from Malaysia…i’m 19 n weighing 158 now..i used to weigh 199kg…but trough out the day working out from your tips helps me a lot…n now i’ve been working out your challange n managed done 150 sit up but only 10 tricep dips…sob…but i promise i’ll work it out till i reached the goal…
