Pushups/Sit ups/ Walking/Meditating

Weekend Challenge!!! For 3 days in a row I want you to give me 50 push ups, 5 mile walk or jog, 100 sit ups, and 5 minutes QUIET meditation. Work the body this weekend AND the mind. Also, get a friend to do this with you this weekend as part of your Challenge.

Wow..this one looks nice, I will do it as soon as I finish with Jillian’s book, I’m in day 10 of 30…she is a killer!! LOL
