Challenge Today!! 300 Day. Today you have to do 100 pushups, 100 situps and 100 squats. How is that for getting right back into it!! xo

Wow, and I thought I was good at 250 crunches a day (with 10 lb weight on my chest)… and at my max nearly 10 yrs ago I could do 75 pushups….Looks like i need to get back in shape to compete with your challenges!
