		<description>I am doing this tonight...it will be the 3rd time for this one...I&#039;ve set a goal to do 6 different challenges a week, so I wrote them down and have the list with my weights and workout DVDs.  Every night when I get home I do a challenge before dinner.  I just do it...don&#039;t think about how tired I am after working all day...just do it.  I&#039;ve gotten into working out twice a day.  In the morning I do the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD - I&#039;m on Level 1.  It&#039;s REALLY TOUGH...but I do it and am getting better at it.  It&#039;s very satisfying.</description>
