if you can&#039;t do a &quot;real&quot; pullup...try modifying it by jumping up (instead of a dead hang). Another modification is to use what look like giant rubberbands which loop around the pullupbar. 
Then (with someone elses help) you can pit one foot in the band and use it to lessen resistance. I&#039;ve been working on my pullups for six months (3x per week). I&#039;ve gone from being able to do literally nothing to being able to do 5 solid jump ups followed by 5 almost solid jump ups. The reality is even though you won&#039;t see immediate progress if you keep trying consistently you will eventually see improvement. Best of luck and keep trying. -Pete</description>

		<description>I&#039;m only 14 yrs old and I aint no weakling but pull ups is one thing I can&#039;t do and I don&#039;t know why. With a machine I lift 110lbs and I weigh 130lbs so I don&#039;t get it. Got any ideas!</description>
