Bob-
I didn't know where else to post this question- I hope you get it and answer me back. I have the opposite problem of most others on this website- I am 5'8" and weight only 115 lbs. I feel scrawny and too thin, with no figure at all, but no matter how much I eat I have trouble gaining weight. I also have a 1 & 2 yr old little boys so my life is super busy. I really need help- think being too small is just as unhealthy as too big. what do I do?

Bob,
i've trained with you since Season 1!!! i have the dvd's. i'm 31 i DO NOT weigh 300 lbs,i've lost over 20lbs and now i weigh 147 (5'4\ bmi 25.2) but getting to the goal weigh is equally challegining especially when you go to a \clinic\ for weight and they tell you that you are overweight!!! and everyone else tells you you are ok!! it's one of those things where you just don't what to do. not because your focusing on what other people think, but how do i know when i'm actually ok, being called fat=overweight is defently not something i want! but looking sick isnt either?! mental challenge!!! HELP!!!!
