what can i do for cardio if i pulled the big muscles in my calf?
Hey, Cindym264… If you have pulled calf muscles, you can always go into a half squat and just do puch like you are hittin a punchin bag. Your arms are above your heart and it will get your HR upwothout hurting your legs. Hope it works Cece
O! I did it! And I’m not feeling well now. A headache, the body soften and disoriented. Want to fall and sleep anywhere.

Alright, so I ran just over 6 miles in the morning, and took a kickboxing and strength class in the evening! Thanks for the challenge! And I signed up for a 5 mile run in July!
Run over 6 miles, 50 minute kickboxing class and 50 minute ’summer shred’ class….how’s that for ya!?! And I signed up for a 5 mile run in July supporting children with cancer!
