Bob, have you ever considered the work of Joel Fuhrman, MD, the man who wrote Eat to Live and Eat for Health? You always seem to be on the side of vegetarianism
and this is the most sensible, high impact, nutrient-dense eating program I’ve ever seen. My yoga students have both lost weight and overcome eating disorders following his plan. Just wondered . . . it seems right up your alley.

Bob, I love watching you and Gillian helping people to regain their lives. One of my problems is having a diet to follow, there are oh so many different ingredients in a diet, and I only have a few. Could you possibly put together an easy diet to follow, with less expensive things to buy and less in quantity too, please.
