Different challenge today.  Your job is to inspire one friend who normally doesn’t work out to get them moving.  Pay it forward…  Good luck!

I HAVE to get motivated, my 10 year old daughter just weighed in at 190. I am 250. Try to get meals right, but I am challenging her to exercise with me. So lost, but we gotta try.

Lisa Kay, you can do it!! The great thing about eating right and exercising is that it doesn’t take long to start seeing the results of your hard work. You will feel great and you will set a healthy example for your daughter. Good luck!

Started “Bootcamp” a couple weeks ago to get myself kickstarted and am already feeling great. In fact I made a challenge to my crew (at work) that if they’ll commit to using it I’ll buy them each a copy of the DVD. ALL BUT ONE HAVE SIGNED UP! We’ll work together!

I have started a Biggest Loser Challenge where I work, and my Bro isn’t lettin me beat him in getting in shape before him before summer so we are having a little contest of out own, I have also have a friend that is Dibetic and I told him to start exercising and I bet he will get off his meds, and guess what they just took him off last week, I am so happy to make a small difference in someones life.

I’m actually ahead on this one. I’ve been obsessing about Are You Ready! to two of my closest friends for the past 2 weeks, they’ve both ordered their copies and we’re all talking about walking/running together. I’m very excited about it!

I started my lifestyle change on 2-20-2010 and I try to inspire everyone around me. Two of my friends and my parents have started on their journey. I’m still trying to get my co-workers motivated…LOL!

Hello Bob! I started my journey when I got laid off from work two years ago from Countrywide Home Loans. I was married and weighed 190 pounds. I am now at 160 pounds and still going down. I have become a personal trainer and now I am getting certified in web page development. I did not do nothing when I lost my job. I picked myself, and decided to do something with my life. I would love to help others struggling to lose weight as well! If I could help you train others, please call on me!

Thank you! :0)

Hey Bob…***…***…***
I have walked for years and now I run. And by doing this I got my best bud Dennis to start walking. And he walks most days and I walk with him one day a week on top of my own workouts. So paying it forward does work.
