Weekend Challenge!! 50 Push Ups, 50 Sit Ups, 50 Bicep Curls, 50 Tricep Dips and 50 minutes of ANY cardio. Do this routine for 3 DAYS IN A ROW!! I want you to stay active ALL WEEKEND!!!
