		<description>hi Bob i don&#039;t like pop so that&#039;s going to be easy and I&#039;m in charge of a large community collage unlocking and locking up and checking every building inside and out and i have a 5 station work out equipment in my house so i get plenty of exorcise my problem is my thyroid is out of whack i was 150lbs then gained 50lbs in less then a month 100lbs later it back to normal but loosing the weight it caused is hard but i will do what you tell me to and hope it will help thank you for your time and for all you help kathy</description>
