Your challenge this weekend is to have NO fried food, and walkers give me 10,000 steps on all 3 days, runners 3-5 miles on all 3 days.

Thanks, Bob! I’m training for the Rock-N-Roll Half Marathon on June 6th! Today was technically an off running day, but I can squeeze in a quick 30 minute run through the park. XOXOXO

I haven’t had fried food in I don’t remember how long (I have lost 90 pounds over the year and a 1/2.) I ran 4 miles today and am planning on running 15 tomorrow. That will give me 30 miles this week. Sunday is my day off for the week. I am training for my first marathon in May.

Thanks Bob! I’ll have to adapt due to a sprain, but I’ll push for 5 miles a day on the bike. Thanks for the inspiration!

I will try my best to get the 10,000 steps each day… this makes me realize I need to buy a pedometer :D Fried foods are getting easier to avoid as they are starting to taste nasty. Thanks Bob!

Have you any advice for a girl who needs to gain weight the healthy way? How can I gain muscle and not fat in my struggle to recover from anorexia? You are my inspiration to stay healthy so I can have a bright future. Thank you for what you do, and thank you for your time.

Bob,

Since my 40 year old husband had a stent put in his artery we have not touched fried foods in over 7 years. Bought a George Foreman Grill and we grill all of our burgers, chicken, steaks, etc. I am going to start walking today because I want to start exercising slowly due to having a bad lower back injury.

Bob,

Love your challenges. If I want to train to be able to run what kind of program should I do? Thanks.

Hey, A friend told me about your website, so today I checked it out, did the 50/50/50 squats, overhead press and biceps curls, 5 sets, and then ran 5 miles. I am shot! Loved the challenge, when my muscles were screaming for me to quit- nice change of pace. Thanks!!

Recommend a good pedometer that’s not as expensive as body bug system
