Your challenge this weekend is to have NO fried food, and walkers give me 10,000 steps on all 3 days, runners 3-5 miles on all 3 days.
Extra Calorie Burn
Your Challenge is to burn 200 more calories today than you normally do. Advanced people, burn 400 more.
5 Sets of Planks
Challenge today is to 5 sets of planks on your elbows and toes, holding for 60sec. Beginners 30sec. Great for core and back.
Alternating Lunges!
Give me 5 MINUTES of alternating lunges today. You have all day to do it. Great FAT BURNER.
Pull-ups!
How about a DAILY CHALLENGE!! How many pull-ups can you do at the gym today? Strong back=powerful body. Shoot for 2-4 sets.And they ABSOLUTELY can be modified!! And if you can only do 1....GREAT!!! Try for 2. Go for a personal best. For my athletes out there, I expect 5 sets of 15/20. For the beginners, however many you can do in a set is enough. The message here is to push to another level...you can do it!!
