Water + Push Ups + Squats – Calories

Posted on

Your Challenge today is to drink 10 glasses of filtered water, 50 push ups, 100 squats & shave 200 calories off your diet. You can do it!

Bob – this is my first day logging on to this site and seeing your challenge. If you don’t have access to filtered water, is tap water ok? Are there more benefits to filtered water that you purchase at the store?

what I get to be the first to comment!?!? WOOHOO! Water is a standard. The squats were killer but the cals gotta stay the same because I’m at the lowest I can go during marathon training. Push ups… i long for the day I can do ALL 50 of them the legit way and without the “on your knees” modification, for now I will have to settle for 5 legit and the rest girlie! 220lbs down in 15 months and still counting. Just trust the process everyone!

Hello Bob,
I did it and was so proud. Really the cutting 200 calories was more than the squats and pushups lol.

as I can understand, filtered water is much cleaner than tape water. The water from the store can contain preservatives that avoid it from mold formation. I buy soda water, let gas out from water and drink ))

Great physical challenge! The key to long lasting health and wellness success is to keep the challenges coming. Keep them fresh and reach outside your comfort zone. If you keep the changes coming, the results will be soon to follow!

I can do the squats, water and calories…the push ups will be tough. I’m really working on upper body strength though so this is a great challenge! Thanks for posting these…they encourage me to keep going and some are quick enough to fit into my “rest” days. Happy sweating!

Humm.. 1st time on your site.. first work out. It’s 7:30am here in Sydney Australia.. wondering if it’s ok to break this down into 2 workouts today.. I’ll try that.. I’m also going for a 5K walk along the beach. every Kilo-meter I’ll stop and do 10 push-ups and 10 squats and take a water bottle.
Better start counting calories again, can’t shave them off if I haven’t figured out what’s going in. Getting off this chair right now is without a doubt harder than your entire work out.. AND I live on the most magnificent beach, Manly in Sydney..I think I’ll call this Bobs Beach Blessing..I want to say \battle\.. but I like \Blessing\ better. Every fit trim surfer out there today I’ll pretend is Bob saying \Drop and give me 10\. I’ll let you know how it goes.
