The Oscar’s

Happy Oscar Day!!!  I always love watching the Oscar’s.  One of my favorite days of the year!!  What are you going to eat watching the show tonight?  Here are a couple of healthy options:

Air Popped Popcorn.  Try putting popcorn seeds, about 1/2 cup in a brown paper lunch bag in the microwave for about 4 minutes.  You will get a big bowl of popcorn with virtually no fat and about 250 calories.  Spray a little “i can’t believe it’s not butter” spray and club soda and you have a great and crunchy snack.  Also, hummus and raw veggies are a good snack.  Fruit bowl.  low fat cheese sticks.  baked “no salt” chips and all natural salsa.  These are some of my snack choices.  Enjoy watching tonight and I will speak to you soon and PLEASE don’t over indulge.  Remember, we are getting back on track!!!!!
