40 Grams of Fiber

Your challenge today is to get in 40 grams of fiber. Read your nutrition facts on your foods and start adding them up. Great sources of fiber: raspberries, apples w/skin, beans, bran cereal, peas, oats and brown rice….YUM…eat up!


Cardio: Double It!

Whatever you do for cardio today, double the time to burn twice the amount of calories. You can do it!

Challenge today is to 5 sets of planks on your elbows and toes, holding for 60sec. Beginners 30sec. Great for core and back.


Alternating Lunges!

Give me 5 MINUTES of alternating lunges today. You have all day to do it. Great FAT BURNER.


Extra Cardio

Challenge today! I want you to add 20 minutes on to your existing cardio routine. You can burn up to 150 more calories.
