Okay so was last night a tear jerker or what!!!  Jillian and I are never a part of the elimination room so when I see how badly they cry, it just breaks my heart.  I really loved how Liz spoke about her friends and said that she was not going to be able to help everyone make a decision on who to eliminate.  I just thought it was so beautiful and touching. Well it is Wednesday, the 5th of August…how in the world has that happened!!! Time just keeps flying by and work just keeps on going.  We are about to wrap up season 8 of The Biggest Loser and it has been a great season.  It is all about Second Chances this time and the contestants continue to be an inspiration to all of us.
