Thank You Bob,
I don’t know that you will ever see this but I am going to give it a shot anyways. Thank you for what you have done for me by giving me inspiration, guidance, motivation, and knowledge in improving my health. I have watched several seasons of BL and just got tired of watching and not doing. I thought how pathetic here I sit watching these people who weigh again as much as me loose their weight and become healthy. Me on the other hand, I was just slowly going the other direction weight and health wise. I am 54 and had the worst Dr. checkup in my life last fall. I was told my blood pressure was up as well as my cholesterol, and my PSA took an alarming spike. Ugh! How did I let this happen? Six years ago I had worked hard, joined a gym, dieted healthy, from 250 lbs down to 180 lbs. Now here I am tickling 230 lbs again, it has to stop now. NO EXCUSES!!! In January of this year I joined the Planet Fitness that just opened in Sheboygan Wisconsin and returned to conscientiously started eating healthy again. I started running, never did that before. With your advise, motivation and tips it has all come together. My PSA turned out to be a welcomed false alarm as far as the presence of prostrate cancer goes. I am proud to say that I am now bouncing around the 191-195 lb. area and hope to be 180 by the end of June. My waist is back to 34″ and my stomach is going, going soon to be gone. Your preaching at me every week through that TV screen which I normally avoid has paid off. My true challenge will come in maintaining my goal once it is obtained and that is truly the hardest part for me. I will keep at it though and hope not to get derailed again.
I just want to take the time to THANK YOU for you support and tenacity, badgering, yelling, guilt tripping, yelling, wake up call reasoning, yelling, preaching, not giving up drive inspiring, and yelling. I got the message. You may get a 1,000,000 of these notes and I hope you do but it needed to be said.
