I like it! A lot! I just became a certified personal trainer, because in part, I saw the passion you & Jillian have for helping people get well & stay well. I have that passion too. We only get one body & one life, and I believe our bodies are a temple of God. We need to honor this temple and care for it, not let it go to ruin. Thanks for being such an inspiration & motivation!

I think the commercial is perfect. It’s very similar to the videos here on the site (which I love), yet fit for TV.

I got my set in the mail yesterday, and I must say the cardio dvd killed me. I started sweating the first 10 mins of the workout. The workout is an hour long. I still have the other three dvds to get through. They are awesome I love the workouts. Thanks Bob for bring these workouts to my home.

I like the commercial, beginning with the will…I also like the different poses you have on the covers of the DVDs. It seems to progress with intensity and that is inspiring as well as makes starting less intimidating. I will certainly want a set with this commercial. The yoga one made yoga seems less “California” to me, and from the midwest, California is often seen as a foreign country. Full of strange and wonderous things, but not really applicable to the “regular” people around here! (Here is Wichita, Kansas.)
Would you want to work with some of us at home who would take the DVDs and track our workouts and results? Maybe we do a Blog, Vid diary, etc.? Just an idea. I have lost about 40 pounds, but would like to take off another 40 and I am stuck. I think I am a very typical person in that I am a 46 year old mid-western woman with a family and a job, and if I can do it, the millions of others like me could too!

I saw a write-up about your new work out DVD’s three weeks ago in the Washington Post. After visiting the website I decided to purchase the 4 DVD set. It was delivered in 3 days and I tried one of the workouts on the day I received the package and was drenched in sweat! I’m doing the cardio twice a week, alternating the interval and strength 3 times a week and yoga once a week. With the help of your DVD’s I’ve lost 3 pounds in two week and these workouts have knocked me off old routine and I am so happy with the results of your DVDs.

I bought your dvd set as soon as you announced it and I am loving it. I have never worked so hard and sweated so much in my life, and I feel bad if I skip a day but I always make up for it. Even my mom loves doing your dvd’s and has made it her goal to get down to a size 12 just doing your dvd’s(she also has a mad crush on you so even more motivation). I see and feel the changes in body after one month of working with you diligently and miles to go before I sleep. I love you and thank you.

This series of workouts does not seem to be aimed at people like me. If the very fit people in the commercial are struggling to do the workout (the looks on their faces says it all), how could someone like me who is unfit, overweight and full of joint aches and pains attempt any of the workouts? I love Bob… but I need a workout I could actually handle!

Hey Bob I am a fellow vegan, and am a personal, and group certified trainer. I started watching The Biggest Loser mainly because of the inspiring stories, and seeing where the people came from, and what motivated them. Not to mention there was a nice loojking trainer on it too lol. Anyway these videos look cool. Can’t wait to buy them. Thanks for helping to get people fit, and healthy.
