Second Chance

Well it is Wednesday, the 5th of August…how in the world has that happened!!! Time just keeps flying by and work just keeps on going.  We are about to wrap up season 8 of The Biggest Loser and it has been a great season.  It is all about Second Chances this time and the contestants continue to be an inspiration to all of us. The dedication that they have is unbelievable and the weight loss is astounding!!  Have you thought about what is like to get a second chance at anything in your life?  It is really something to think about.  What would you do different if you had the opportunity?  Don’t you deserve a second chance right now?  I’m giving you a big gift right now…I’m giving you a second chance.  What are you going to do with it?  Think about that today and let me know your thoughts.

Let’s see…what else have I been doing lately?  Well today I had to do a press junket for this new Biggest Loser workout Wii game and it was really cool to see the finished product.  The avatar of me was kind of bizarre but cool.  It has my tattoos and everything.  I can’t wait to see what you think of it.  It will be out at the end of October.  I have teamed up with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in a campaign about how our health connects us.  All the things that we do in our own lives that can directly affect our support group so I encourage all of you to go onto http://www.anthem.com/connects and see what your health footprint is and help not only yourself get or stay healthy, but also your friends, co-workers and family. I’m all about paying it forward and this campaign does just that.  I also have another very big project that I’m about to start working on that I won’t tell you about just yet but very soon I will…I gotta keep you hanging a little bit…hahaha.
