Push Ups, Lunges, Sit Ups, Meditation + Hydration

Challenge today:  100 push ups, 100 lunges, 100 sit ups AND 5 minutes of meditation. Drink plenty of water today.

i can do part of this but anything that requires putting too much pressure on my left foot i can’t. I pulled or tore some ligaments the other night so we will see what I can do.

I am gonna shoot for that goal. That’s really hard to do. I can’t do the lunges had tendon surgery in my foot. can I modify it?

I am doing this tonight…it will be the 3rd time for this one…I’ve set a goal to do 6 different challenges a week, so I wrote them down and have the list with my weights and workout DVDs. Every night when I get home I do a challenge before dinner. I just do it…don’t think about how tired I am after working all day…just do it. I’ve gotten into working out twice a day. In the morning I do the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD – I’m on Level 1. It’s REALLY TOUGH…but I do it and am getting better at it. It’s very satisfying.
