Measuring p’btr gives me ALL the taste w/half the calories. Yummy :)

Do you know where I can find the 1st season of Biggest Loser? It’s the only one I haven’t seen, and I can’t find a DVD of it anywhere.

I make this all the time actually but with Dave’s Killer Bread “Good Seed” or “Nuts & Grains” bread! (both vegan and organic!) So good and filling!

Thanks Bob! I love your food suggestions! One of my favorites was your suggestion with the Ezekiel Muffins with avocado, tomato and green pepper. YUM!

Bob, I always enjoyed bananas and peanut butter without the bread. I’m borderline diabetic and was wondering whether your recipes are good for me to avoid getting the full blown type. Can you guide me? Thanks

Melissa June 15, 2011 at 11:26 pm

So good! Thanks for giving me today’s snack recipe! Speaking of peanut butter, I’ve been struggling with keeping my fat grams down, and I’ve noticed peanut butter is crammed full of fat grams. (I get organic peanut butter, and one serving has 15 grams of fat in it!) How much should I be worrying about this? Thank you!

jan June 15, 2011 at 11:47 pm

I have had this for breakfast the past 2 days! Love it! I bought organic peanut butter for it, so there is no added sugar. It is awesome, and filling!

Luci June 22, 2011 at 6:07 pm

Mmm! Yes, I love to toast the bread first! And since the PB melts, you can use a lot less and it spreads a lot farther! This will really keep you going. Thanks, Bob. Also, your caring spirit really shows through on this video. So sweet!

I make this too, but I recently started mashing the banana and it makes it a bit easier to eat. I also top it with some chia seeds and a drizzle of honey. Yum!
