good grief Bob!! I thought I was going to die during those last 15 seconds. Isn’t yoga supposed to be calming and peaceful? that was anything but!! (the Y position was relaxing, but that prob means I was doing it wrong :-) Thanks for posting these, Bob. Love ya!

Thanks for the workout. I am so proud of myself because I made it through – including the 15 seconds at the end! My legs are hurting though.

Just got my DVDS in the mail. Did the Pure Burn Super Strength today. It kicked my butt. I love it!! I really like the participants. They are real people who struggle to get it done not professionals who make you feel wimpy. Must admit I sacrificed my form a few times when I felt I could not squeeze out another rep. Proud to say I did finish it and only thought about pausing, but kept pushing myself to get through it. I can’t wait to try the Cardio tomorrow. You rock!!!

Bob,
Right now I am doing the “Beginner” workouts on your DVD’s. How many days a week should I do each one? Do you have a calendar posted somewhere? That would be helpful for us beginners…. Thank you!

I love these workouts. I did the Biggest Loser last chance workout and your bootcamp video for a couple of weeks to build up to these. I have never sweated so much in my life. Every muscle in my body is sore. I canceled my gym membership and I’m doing these videos everyday. I might finally lose these last stubborn 20 pounds that I’ve been working since having my third baby.

I too am interested in finding a recommended schedule for the new dvd series. Please let us know if it posted somewhere. Since the Cardio and Strength both use weights I am not sure how I should be alternating my routines to allow for proper rest.

I was wondering if these DVDs will be released in Europe as well? I would love to try one of those…. or even all of them!

Great as always!

Next time, could Stephanie wear coloured gear, please? With the black capris against the black floor, there are moments when it’s hard to see the leg position properly.
