OUCH! I can only assume this will get rid of the jigglies from my upper arms. Why else would I want to do this?

I love your Inside Out Strengh DVD. I did it last Sunday and it was a great workout out with lots of variety and so I do not think I will get bored anytime soon. It was a TOUGH workout and I was grunting and breathing just as hard as the three people on the DVD. I really am looking forward to the yoga DVD.

this is really challenging, i had thoughts of you and Jillian shouting at me. stretching my triceps afterwards was soo nice!
even though people seem to be jealous of Rozy they are hating because she can do it and we struggle. I finished the 100 triceps and as i type, they feel like jelly. Thanks Bob.
I did this today…I had to break it into sets of 25…Not bad considering I weigh 222lbs. I have lost 54 lbs since February! Yay for me!!! I WILL keep doing these every other day until I can do ALL 100 of them at one time!!!
Bob, my triceps were burning by the time I hit 50! I’m so planning on incorporating this into my regular upper body workout every week! I’m focused in being able to do all 100 straight!

OMG, that was hard but felt sooooo good! Love working my triceps!
If any of you are worried about being too heavy for this, don’t be! I’m super heavy, and I just used a bench instead of a step. I couldn’t do quite as many, but you CAN do it! And it gets easier! I love these!

When I do shoulders and triceps I get sharp pain in my left shoulder
