I love these challenges, Bob!! Pretty much the first thing I check for on Saturdays. And your DVDs are absolutely awesome (as well as a little frightening)!! Just started doing them and feel like I’m going to die each time (in a good way, of course!!). These are just the thing I need to stay motivated and to really get into shape. Thanks so much for putting together such a powerful and motivational product!! You’re the best! love ya, Bob!

I love how you have regular people in these, who wobble and struggle just like the rest of us!!! Thanks!!!

I have been using the BL bootcamp dvd’s and I needed a boost, this was a good add for today’s workout.

Thanks for posting these challenges Bob!
I enjoy doing them….There is always something to work towards!
I try to share these with my son who is a soccer player and husband, who thinks that because he is thin needs no exercise!

I just got these videos and am amazed at how these advance athletes get totally wiped out quickly and they’re not using heavy weights – 10 to 15 lb dumb bells or kettle balls is about it. Seeing them strugle but still continue on through it is moving. It shows what it takes to reach certain goals. Thanks for your motivation and great videos; I love the work you do.

I love these videos. I just did all 3 of them, now I’m going to do my kettlebell and ab workout so I can get ready for my cross country season. It is a new twist to my usual workouts. Thanks Bob

how can I do these when I have degenerative bone disease in my lower spine and in both hips?

ChrisUK01 July 15, 2010 at 4:14 pm

I tried this for 5 minutes and have not been able to walk very well as my muscles ache, two days later! Great it does the job! Next time I am going to go for 10 minutes! Bob any chance we can have the DVD’s in the UK?

WOW! I have just begun the c25k program, and having a lot of weight to lose, it’s quite the challenge. Figured I would do these challenges of Bob to complement, build strength with my team on sparkpeople.com Definitely built up a sweat with me. Perhaps I will add it to the end of my c25k program to keep it as one workout when I can. Thanks!!

Lunges….. they are the hardest thing…

But I made it! Whole challenge :)

Lizzie July 25, 2010 at 4:57 am

Lunges are harder when you’re short, at least I think so.

I’m 5’3″ and I have a hard time doing these,
but they are totally worth it.

Love this challenge!

Dixie September 12, 2010 at 8:41 pm

I’m afraid!!

Janice September 12, 2010 at 9:15 pm

Hate to be a complainer but, are your knees supposed to hurt a lot with lunges?
