Wow! I found this brilliant. In fact I think it has become a new addition to my regular routine.

Wow! I found this fantastic, and a great variation to regular lifting weights. I think it might just be a new add on to my regular routine, can I use it with my fitness clients?

First of all I do have say I love the new video series. I believe you tune into these comments so you know what people think. With that in mind, I must say I am disappointed that you have not responded to the many requests for a recommended schedule to follow. I value your instruction and consider myself dedicated to my fitness routine. Please post something that would be helpful to both the advanced exerciser like myself and for someone who is new to it. You know these are tough workouts and some suggestions would be great!!

I really love this one! Did this challenge along with the abs and burpee challenge after my run this morning and feel like I’ve had a really good workout now. I was hoping to do the triceps and lunge challenges, too but I upped my weights at body pump on Sunday and am still in pain! They’re next on my list though.
As always – thanks Bob! You rock!
