How are your eating habits going this week?
Did you get a chance to see Chelsea Lately last night? The opening of her show was about The Biggest Loser and all the screaming that was going on in the gym. I love her and think she is hilarious!! So I got up today and I think because I have been running around with work and traveling so much, I just feel so run down…. I went to the gym this morning and to a spin class and I am spending the rest of the day relaxing, reading my book, “The China Study” and that’s about it. I have been watching The Dr. Oz Show all week and it is so great to have something so informative on daytime television. It is such a great breath of fresh air and my show will air tomorrow. Make sure you watch and I will write a blog about it tomorrow. I tweeted about the great benefits of a product that I always have in my house, Food For Life. I’ve been having the english muffin every morning before I go to the gym. It gives me just the right amount of fuel to really push hard. I add a little less than a tablespoon to it….SO GOOD!!! I wanna ask all of you, how are your eating habits going this week? I have to tell you that I have been feeling GREAT with my eating habits. I just tweaked a few things but mostly what I have done and reinforced with everyone that I talk to is that I really do eat so many vegetables!!! I just love them and they are so good for me so PLEASE, eat your veggies.
Thank you so much for mentioning “The China Study”. As a cancer survivor, this is answering sooooo many of my questions. A few years before I was diagnosed I went on a high protein-high fat diet (not going to mention names). I have no real family history of cancer and both genetic tests that have been preformed are negative. This book gives me insight to how it all happened.
I like the way you wrote about it, makes it sound interesting.
