What an inspiring story! Thank you for sharing..xoxo Bob.

I would be honored if you shared my story on Bob’s site! I attached a thank you picture I just sent to my friends and family who have been supporting and encouraging me these past months.
Even though I’m doing the work myself I have been blessed with a great support system. Unfortunately I don’t have full length pics to show because I wouldn’t let anyone take those pictures!! Between May and December I lost and regained and lost and regained about 20 pounds but December 10th I decided enough was enough and started taking Bob’s dvd’s from Biggest Loser seriously. I set a time every evening that the tv got turned off and the dvd got turned on. I think I realized that I am worth it – I do deserve to have everything I dream of and until I decided that it didn’t work. This summer I added walking every morning and it is amazing how much better I feel – I can’t believe I functioned the way I was and can’t wait to have the flexibility and stamina that I will when another 40 or 50 or 60 pounds come off. I have learned to take joy in the small victories – from actually weighing what my drivers license said to weighing less!! Oh My Gosh!! To buying new clothes (size 18 jeans) and donating my old ones (size 26) to Goodwill! I am so excited about this new set of dvd’s and what I can accomplish with them – I’ll keep you updated if you’d like?? Thank You for responding to my original email – that says a lot about Watch It Now Entertainment and the reason you are in business – plus it is another incentive to get up and get moving. Like I heard Bob say “Finish What You Started!’” I am finishing what I started!
Thanks Again – Deb Kennedy

Hello Bob:
My name is Liz. First I want to congratulate you for everything you’ve done through it all this time. You really are a great help to all of us who stand on the other side of the tv. Now I say that I have a big problem. My case is as follows. I have always been fat or robust but for some eight years by the same now I am a diabetic and I have thyroid problems. That has made me change my life radically and therefore have been rapidly gained weight that I am being treated. I need your help to do NOT continue to gain more weight. Now I’m weighing 175kilos, measure 5.7 and I have 48 years of age. Also I must say that the March 30 I had major surgery which removed my womb, plus I have almost no time to go to a gym so I turn to you to give me some good tips to follow at least not aumentandode weight. I ASK YOU HELP … PLEASE! I’M desperate ….
Thank you very much for listening
Liz
This is a very interesting point of view. Your blog is refreshing, but I wish one could find more content, though. I am looking forward to reading more from you. Keep up the good work. thanks.
Thank for your story. It is so encouraging. Please keep sharing your progress. Keep up the good work!!!
would like to start off by saying, thank you for supplying me using the information I’ve been searching for. I’ve been surfing the web for three several hours searching for it and would have given my correct arm if I would have located your site sooner. Not only did I find what I was searching for, but discovered answers to questions I never even believed to ask myself. Thank you for your wonderful web-site!
Your story is inspiring! I was in the same boat as you and so many other people. I weighed 239lbs and wore a size 22-24. I was soooo unhealthy but got to the point where I had to start caring. I used the excuse that I was a mother of 5 kids and woman like me were supposed to look like me. People understood I thought. But the day came when I decided that I NEEDED to be healthy because of my kids. I had no idea where to start. I certainly wasn’t the workout type…probably because I had no energy and was just plain lazy. I saw the “Biggest Loser” dvds and thought why not. I started doing them regularily. Most of the time not feeling like it at all. But I forced myself and after time, it became habit and I looked forward to my workouts with Bob (and Jillian). I started seeing results and feeling the results. That my friends is the motivation! Knowing and seeing that you CAN do this. There is nothing that can stop you but you. Today, I have never been healthier. I have lost exactly 100lbs and am down to a size 7/8. My point in all of this is, you can do this!! It IS in you and you WILL succeed!! By losing the weight that you have already is nothing short of amazing! You look amazing. Keep up the good work!!! I CANNOT wait to get Bobs new dvds. Its all I think about!!:)
Deb, this is a wonderful accomplishment, and you have certainly inspired me!!! Keep up the good work, and please keep posting your successes!!!!
Deb,
CONGRATS!!!! You look amazing and are an inspiration to me!!! Keep us posted as you melt away — you look great, never stop believing in yourself!!!!
Nice work Deb. Congratulations
i have realised after 43 years of life i do have an eating disorder.I eat when i happy i eat when i’m depressed. but after reading your commentsand your members comments i have decided to take my life in hand. I used to exercise every other day and the weight fell off, i had energy and felt fantastic, then when i reached my goal weight, in my husbands words ‘you just realised you were there, and you gave up’
Tomorrow morning i willstart to exercise, i have bobs exercises all saved, and tomorro will be the start of the new you. I will also get some help with getting my head around the food issues.
Congratulations Deb!! Your story is inspiring. I’m on a personal journey of my own. So reading your story has encouraged me to keep on and finish what I started. I keep Bob on my home page, so he is only a click away. He is such an inspiration to me. And I love the fact that I can come to the PC and watch his videos. I have lost 13 pounds in 5 1/2 weeks. I’m feeling better already. I have at least 20 more to lose. The doctor would rather I lose 30 more. So I guess we will see when that time comes.
Deb, your story is amazing! When you said that it wouldn’t work until you decided you were worth it and deserved everything you ever wanted, that hit me like a ton of bricks. I think that is what I am missing, to believe I am worth getting what I want. I put everyone first and me always last, well not anymore. I am starting a new challenge in my life and looking forward to reaching my goals. I just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration!!!! If you or any other readers on here are on facebook, look me up under Sherry Skinner and friend request me. It would be great to have some buddies out there going through something similiar to me and we can encourage each other along to meet our goals!! Good luck to everyone!!!
You have inspired me to dig deeper starting tomorrow. You have a great story and am so happy you shared it and that you found for yourself that you are #1.
Bob, please help me. I am very overweight and I am only 18 years old. I need your help. I shouldn’t have to be going through this. I am really depressed and I ran out of options. I can’t live my life like this… I’m only 18!!! Please help me bob before things get even worse….you’re my only hope….

Hi Everyone – Thanks for your comments – they just inspire me to keep working harder and harder!! Today I accomplished another goal – always wanted a pair of Silver jeans but for one thing I couldn’t fit into them and another I couldn’t justify $90. WELL today I bought a pair of Silver jeans and they were half-price and I got another discount because tomorrow is my birthday!!! I am praying for all of you and for myself that we all can accomplish our goals to be healthy and happy people!! Many blessings to all of you and to you too Bob!!! Thanks for giving us the opportunity to be able to inspire and encourage each other! Sometimes just not feeling alone in the fight makes it not so scary!!! YAY!!!!!
Hi Everyone – First of all I want to thank you for your comments – just inspires me to work harder and harder to accomplish my goals!! I am finding that taking pride in any victory helps keep me going. About 6 weeks ago I was injured while taking pics on the sidelines at a football game – the major hematoma on my right shin was cause for the doctors to tell me no walking for awhile and definatley no strenuous workouts at night – so I had to come up with an alternative and have still stayed on course. When you get thrown for a loop just remember that the loop always swings back around! I did reward myself today – always wanted a pair of Silver jeans but wasn’t able to fit into them or afford them – today I fit into them (and not even the largest size they carried),they were on sale and I got an additional discount for my birthday tomorrow! Look for a reward and don’t be afraid to say good job to yourself!!! Thank you Bob for giving us this tool to encourage and support each other – just not feeling like you are going through this alone is a huge encouragement. Many blessings to you all!! – Deb Kennedy
Folks, this is all very inspiring to me. I started out at 380lbs in June 2007, and worked my way down to 280lbs by June of 2008. I have been hanging around this weight for 3 years now because I got comfortable being at such a “small” weight. I have been focused for three weeks now trying to start again. I have a short goal to get to 230, but want to obviously get to a normal weight for my height. Reading this thread has motivated me to continue out. I am only one week into the Bob dvd where there is 60 minutes of cardio. First day I thought this was for more fit people, because it absolutely tore me apart and broke me down to the point where I realized how much I was still out of shape. Thank you all again for your postings, it is a blessing to read and know I am not doing this alone. Hopefully I can write again with a different weight stat than what I’m currently at. I’ll be checking here for more inspirations.

My Wife Patti started on a journey to lose weight about 1 1/2 years ago she was inspired by watching Bob on The biggest Loser she had always said all I need is a personal trainer to keep in going. Well after many years of on and off up and down weight loss she looked into a boot camp after she heard about them on BL. She convinced on of her friends to join with her as they would encourage each other. Within the next year she lost over 40 pounds and now loves working out but she reached a plato with the heath issues she had to overcome on of the major ones was that she only had 1 kidney left as she had donated one to ther dad a couple of years earlier. Between diet and excerise she gained confidence and lost inches and built muscle but still not happy with the weight number. She did more research and one of her doctors recommened her to a Trim-wellness program which was a combo of diet and B-12 shots to jusp start the weight loss again, she has since become so inspiring to others that she has convinced around 20 people to also join Boot Camp so not only has she changed herself outside and inside but has helped so many others in their battle to lose weight. I am proud to say that she has been selected to be in the local print ad for both the Boot Camp and the Trimwellness program. I can only see this as the start of changing the community that better health is reachable.
Thanks for taking the time to read this I’ve tried to keep it short as I could go on for hours about how proud I am of her dedication.

Hi Bob,
I purchased the Diet pills and each time I’ve taken them, I get terrible heartburn. I take them on an empty stomach as instructed.
They definately curb my appetite, I just can’t take the heartburn. Would eating something small help? Please help.
I am reading ‘Forks over Knives, the China Study and Dr. E’s- Prevent Heart Disease. I just became Vegetarian and working towards a plant based diet. The Texas Margaritas are my downfall…1 Medium 2 – 3 times per week..Is this preventing me from losing the 50lbs I need to loose?
P.S. I am trilled with the 30 minute workout segment on the CD and as a result have purchased the set.
Hi Bob. I am a 32 female that is very obese and needs help. I watch BL every week and I would love to be there but part of me is afraid of being on tv and what others might think of me. Please help1 I admire the work you do and wish I had someone here like you to help.
Hi Bob,
I am 61 years old. I was so angry at Bonnie this season. She used her age as an excuse for not loosing the weight she should have and crying (without a tear in her eyes). Diet and at least 4 hours of exercise should have caused a weight loss of far more than her 4 pounds the first week. (and every week after). You know she was eating tooooo much.
I have had both my back and neck fused and I have a hard time to exercise. ( I don’t know what I can do except walk and that causes burning pain in my feet).
However I had to prove I could do better than Bonnie. She is not a good one to represent people my age. But a great motivation for me and all us 60+ people. This is only my third day and have lost 5 pounds (1 more than Bonnie did in a week). My only exercise was one day heavy house work and baby sitting grandchildren ages 3, 2, and 1 years old. Oh how I would love to be on Biggest Looser to show people my age what we can do and to learn from you what exercise I can do.
Bob,
My name is Nicki I’m 39 years old and I have been watching the biggest loser for awhile now. I even downloaded the application to fill it out, but something always made me forget about it.
I went from a size 18/20 to a size 12 on my own last summer, but then things started to happen, I developed five blood clots, which four of them were in my lungs and the other in my left leg. then came the heart attack that required a stint being placed. I was told it was all due to the diabetes that had been under such poor control all my life. this silent killer has taken so much from me Bob, I just want some of it back…It has been one horrific year. i guess my question to you is, where do I begin?
