That looks like a great work out. How soon would you say I would see results doing that? And will it help rid my bit of tummy flab?

This was very intense for only taking a few minutes to complete. I could definately feel it.

I will try to do this routine everyother day.

Bob, Thanks for all you do.

It’s a nice compliment to my normal ab work out. I did it twice in a row to get the full burn going. Keep bringing them! G-

Wonderful burn. I did it right after I watched it. No reason to wait, right?! I was able to do them all :) Will probably feel them tomorrow though.

KFiTT_PT July 25, 2010 at 4:23 am

(not sure if my comment went through the first time, so I apologize in advance if it did…)

I used to be able to do anything like this and it’s coming back again, but after 5 kids and the last pregnancy was twins and I ended up having to have an emerg. double c section, my core is just NOT the same! Do I just keep at it and it will eventually come, or is there something different or more I should be doing to help? Our twins are 20 months old now and I have been working out hard (lost over 50lbs. in the last almost 6 months), but still get weird pains in my lower abdomen sometimes. Thanks for your help!

BL_Kiera July 25, 2010 at 7:07 pm

I was probably doing something wrong but I don’t think it worked my abs, i know it worked my hips and back though :D

Toni October 13, 2010 at 5:03 pm

WOW!!! I felt that!!! I have started doing some of these challenges before I get on my treadmill or other workouts. I have also posted them on facebook…

Barbsie75 October 19, 2010 at 4:24 am

I did this this morning and I’m telling you – it’s a great quickie! Thanks Bob! Will definitely put the challenges as part of the daily wake-up routine. And btw, it feels like you’re gonna die from it (100-ish sounds daunting) but 3 minutes will zip by before you know it!
