I love doing rows! The instructor in my body pump class is ace and form is very important to him. He can spot a non-flat-back even if you’re trying to hide at the back.

Hope you read these comments because I AM IN BITS. I got your dvds in the mail today and began with the strength dvd. I got through the 60 mins (doing some modified moves) and was pretty proud of myself. Then I came out of the shower and tried to put my sweater on and I could not get my arms over my head, I am not looking foward to waking up in the morning!!
I’m an exercise DVD junkie and these are by far the best I have ever seen. I’m trying to lose the last 10 and I know these will give me the body I want.

I just lost 60 lbs! I am so proud of my self! The prob is i weighed almost 300 lbs when I started and now i have alot of flabby skin! I am doing your workout challenges but I was wondering if you could give me some tips to tighten up my skin?
