this is awesome Bob!! I’ve been doing them wrong forever – much more effective (and painful) this way. Thanks for taking the time to create and post these videos for those of us who don’t have the opportunity to work out with you in person. I can’t wait until my DVDs get here – sooooo ready for more (I hope :-) !! xo

I would love to invest in the DVD series as I need a good challenge – however, I live in the UK and they’re not available to us! Will they ever be?

Thank you for insisting that the lower back stay flat. Key to a good crunch or sit up. I’ve found that remembering to keep the elbows back instead of letting them come forward helps me “take my head out of it”.

Bob I have watch your sit up and want how many should I do starting out as a be gainer and how much is to much exercise?
