OMG!!!  I have gotten to where I just hate black versus blue because Jillian and I work so well together now and I don't think that it should ever be about a competition between us.  It should be about getting all of these people as healthy and happy as we can during their stay with us.  It was so painful to see how upset everyone was getting during this transition and as a viewer all I could say was, how is this getting them closer to there ultimate goals?  When I saw how upset Liz was it killed me, and Danny being so upset… it was painful.  And don't even get me started on that little cherub Amanda.  I was so sad to see her that upset.  All I could say to her at that moment was that Jillian would take good care of you, which she did.  I just feel like we are so past that since our show is more than a reality show, it is honestly changing people’s lives and that is what I like to focus on.  I always talk to people about finding their purpose and my purpose is to try and awaken that spark of hope that is in all of us, no matter how dark the journey might be at any given time.  Anyway, enough about that.

That challenge looked SO HARD, don't you think?  I felt sorry for the black team watching it because they couldn't compete with those big guys, but they ended up winning the weigh in which was AMAZING!!!  One other thing about Tracy picking the teams… let's not forget that everyone except Abby wanted that power and for whatever reason Tracy got it, so she shouldn't be vilified because whoever would have gotten it, the other players would still be upset.  It was sad to see Coach Mo leave but I was so happy that he went back home and “paid it forward”.  That is what it is all about.  Help someone today after you read this blog that could be struggling on their journey or has yet to start.  You will not only be helping them but you will be helping yourself stay focused.  If we all join together, can you imagine how many people we could help.  I encourage you to get as many people as you can to follow me on Twitter @mytrainerbob as I continue to send out words of encouragement and also try to make you laugh sometimes too.  LET'S CHANGE THE WORLD!!!!

So I was in Kansas City this past weekend working on The Dr. Oz Show and everyone I met was so great!!  We did a big scavenger hunt that focused on the 3 key points of Dr. Oz's action plan to look 10 years younger in 60 days.  Both Kansas City MO & KS did an excellent job running through the city and ending up on a bridge with full grocery carts.  We also did a big workout in a park and it was so fun pulling up to the crowd in that big Highway to Health Bus.  I really love working with Dr. Oz and his daily solutions for anti-aging are AMAZING!!!  They are as follows:

1. Water

2. Green Tea

3. Multi-Vitamin

4. Broccoli

5. Baby Aspirin

6. Milk Thistle.

I gotta tell you I love when I learn things and Dr. Oz is a fountain of knowledge so when he told me about milk thistle I was thinking that I need to know about this.  I found out that cirrhosis of the liver is now more a direct result of obesity than it is alcohol abuse.  That blew my mind!!  It also made perfect sense because of the damage fat does to our vital organs.  Milk thistle should be taken twice a day, 200-400mg and you can just drop the liquid in your water.  It helps repair your liver and promotes new cell growth.  It is also a great anti-oxident, helps prevent and treat gallstones, and has promising cancer fighting properties.  Dr. Oz and I are all about getting people to live a healthy and happy life and taking these simple daily steps will do just that.

Okay so was last night a tear jerker or what!!!  Jillian and I are never a part of the elimination room so when I see how badly they cry, it just breaks my heart.  I really loved how Liz spoke about her friends and said that she was not going to be able to help everyone make a decision on who to eliminate.  I just thought it was so beautiful and touching.  I was sad to see Julio go home but WOW, did he look amazing or what!!!  He really did learn something during his stay in the house and that is what it is really all about, getting a new outlook on life and tools to take with you when it is time to go home.  Julio is a success.  I also loved when they showed me talking about Daniel losing nothing when he got immunity.  Hello, this is not the first season.  We know what that is all about but with that said, Daniel did start struggling with his weight loss.  He was a rock star in that challenge.  The way he could just hold his body weight like that and beat Allen, the firefighter.  That was amazing.  I just love how Daniel turned into a man after being on the past season.  He gained so much self esteem and actual physical strength.  I loved seeing just how hard everyone was working in that episode and how much are you loving Jillian and I training together? It is a lot of fun and a lot of hard work.

Now onto other things.  I'm really hoping that all of you reading this are really beginning to realize that what I'm ultimately trying to get you to do is change the behavior in your life to then actually increase the quality of your life.  People are always asking me for tips on weight loss and quick fixes and that is not what I'm about and that is not what I have ever wanted to focus on with any of the people that I have worked with.  It is all about changing things in your life that aren't working and being the best “YOU” that you can possibly be.  Gone are the days of just focusing on one piece of the “pie” of your life.  I want you to look at all of it so you make real and lasting changes and here is a great place to start.  That is why I love our website here because it gives people a voice.  A chance to be heard and to also find other people that are trying to accomplish exactly what you are trying to do.  Use this social network to get you started, to get you motivated, and above all to inspire you to change your life.  You are not alone.  I'm here to help you every single step of the way.  I'm not going anywhere.  Mytrainerbob is here for you.

Okay let's talk about the Red Team and how they fell on the sword for Shay in the last episode.  I have so many feelings when it comes to that because at first they did such a noble thing for her because of her lack of support at home and the obvious reasons why Shay needs to be on campus.  I was just so sad for Antoine and Sean because they really did need to be there too.  Let's not forget that Sean weighed in at 444lbs.  The bottom line is that both of those teams needed to stay with Jillian and I and it was just a lose lose situation but didn't the Red Team look great at the end.  I was happy to see Antoine and Alexandra being together and Sean losing all that weight on his own.  Granted, Sean still has more weight to lose but what an excellent start.

Now let's talk about Tracey.  To give her the benefit of the doubt, in the beginning she was behind the eight ball since she had to be off campus while everyone else was there bonding with one another and Tracey felt like an outsider when she came in, so she felt compelled to play the game to get an advantage.  With that said, you saw what I said about game players and I meant it.  When people come in just wanting to play the game to further themselves it is a dangerous route to take when it comes to your overall weight loss because when the game is over, what is your motivation??  Tracey was very much a game player in this week and Jillian and I were not having it AT ALL!!
