i love to do that workout when i do my cardio and strength workout is a different and cool.

Bob, you’re not kidding-these really *do* burn! I think I’m going to love this workout every bit as much as the Inside Out Cardio one!

Bob ~ I love love love this workout! I’m considered to be in elite athlete shape, and you continue to make me work for it! Of course the best part is when our four-year-old asks, “Why does he want your butt to be on fire, Mom?” LOL Thanks for pushing me hard every day! XOXO

Hi Bob!

My name is Stephanie and I live in sweden. I’m 19 years old.
I have watch a lot of programs about weightloss, read books
and I´ve been working out for 4,5 years. I love it, but I want
to make my passion to a carrier, but I don’t know where to
start?
Do you have some tips? Somthing I need to know?
The problem is, I know what I want, but I don’t have the money
to take a course how to be a PT. I need at least 60 000 kr to
that, and it may take years to get there. Like putting my life on
hold, thats how I feel. So thats why I ask you how I can get
on track?
