Love this move…I do it with Insanity and add 4-8 pushups in the plank position every time.

I absolutly love Plyo moves, they are killer. Nothing like standing in the same place and sweating your rear off.
That being said, Roxy is the cutest thing I have ever seen. I only hope I get to look as tiny and fit as she is.
