Bob Harper’s Inside Out Method – Single Leg Trunk Rotations Challenge

Darla September 18, 2010 at 4:38 pm

I’ll do it! This looks like a great challenge!

Scheezo September 18, 2010 at 4:40 pm

This will be good for me. Low impact, core strength. Just what I need with my extra in the middle and plantar fasciitis.

Rebecca Jones September 18, 2010 at 4:43 pm

Awesome … I love this challenge – THANKS

Scheezo September 18, 2010 at 4:44 pm

This is exactly what I needed. Something to firm up my mid section yet low impact so it doesn’t upset my plantar fasciitis.

i was able to do this challenge but keeping my balance was tougher than i thought. when my husband took away the 5 lbs weight, i nearly lost my balance completely. thanks for the fresh, new and great challenges bob! love them and you! :D

matt-stephenson September 18, 2010 at 8:43 pm

This one burns!!!

aliciapcollins September 19, 2010 at 5:17 pm

Great!! Luv all the single leg moves,i.e. single leg deadlifts. I have a low/small arch foot & I think this makes it harder to keep my balance. I think I need new sneakers.

Pam September 20, 2010 at 4:03 am

What? A challenge that didn’t make me sweat? But it did make me burn, and cuss a little bit. As long as I had yoga-like focus on my balance I was good, but then a cat or kid would go zooming by me and wobble wobble! I did it barefoot to work on strengthening my feet and I used the 5 pound weight. I liked it and will incorporate it into my core routine a couple times a week! Thanks Bob!

the_royalfamily September 24, 2010 at 5:38 pm

done. hard to keep my blance.
with a sprained sacrum recovering it was a nice core excersize.

Patti September 26, 2010 at 8:54 pm

I did it! This was my first challenge that I’ve tried and I loved it! I’m going to start doing more of them!!

intrudergirl September 27, 2010 at 11:56 am

I liked this one, I had to use a chair so that I wouldn’t fall over, but I’ll keep at it until I can do it without the chair for balance.

cmarthur September 29, 2010 at 5:31 pm

This was my first challenge… did it after a Yoga session… Doesn’t start off too bad, by #7 you want to fall over and give up. This is a great one to prove to yourself how strong you are and keep on movin!
